Tai Chi for Health is dedicated to offering Tai Chi classes to those who might benefit from a simple exercise - a moving meditation.
With a network of 26 trained Instructors, we currently teach around 350 people every week. We teach people who have health issues and we teach people that need exercise and relaxation.
Tai Chi is one of the best exercises for all to improve their health and wellbeing.
“It’s added a new dimension to our lives,” says Carolyn. “It gives me a sense of valuing my body again, and it has helped Richard [who suffers from Parkinson’s] enormously. Even his Consultant has remarked on it.”
